Ajax-Cart for Shopify

Not only can your visitors enter their coupon codes on the cart screen, but since we have Ajax, they get a calculated discount in a couple seconds without reloading the webpage.

Popups are all optional and the discount field can always be shown, always hidden or only displayed when there is no discount applied.

Lets say you have a sale going for Free Shipping on all orders. Pop a coupon code into the admin and a visitor adds a product and goes to the cart, they will have the code applied to their order and see the discount via Ajax (no webpage reload).

If needed you can even disable this feature for users who come in via a special code in the links to your website.

Lets say you want visitors coming from an influencers blog to automatically receive a discount on their order, just add the discount code to the link on the blog and it will be auto-applied when they get to the cart page.

Popups are a great way to give your visitors a chance to get right to the checkout as well as see their discount so they are confident when pressing the Checkout button. There are tokens you can use in order to show the discount amount, discount code, new subtotal and more in your popup.

If popups are not your thing you will be glad to know that each popup is optional so you can use only the ones you want or none at all.

Currently there are 5 different popups that you can enable. Each popup can be customized in order to provide the message you want and can be customized using CSS.

The 5 popups are:

1. Popup when a free discount code has been applied.
2. Popup when a discount code was applied from a link.
3. Popup when a discount code has been applied and is good.
4. Popup when a discount code has been applied, is good, but has no savings.
5. Popup when a bad discount code has been denied.

Ajax is a technology that is enabled over 90% of the time and allows your visitors computer to communicate with Shopify and the Ajax-cart for Shopify app without reloading the visitors webpage.

This makes your cart feel more like a rock solid application and not a clunky old website.
